My dad has been using Manny Martinez from Ace Rooter and Plumbing for 8 years for his personal home and rental properties. Not only does he do a great job for a reasonable price, he educates him and his tenants on preventative plumbing problems. One tenant was pouring grease down her kitchen and Manny educated her on why that was a bad practice. He had a main line scoped at a rental and hired another plumber to do an emergency repair. Big mistake since it started backing up two days later. Manny came out and cleared the drain. My dad turned me on to Manny and I have been using them for several years now as well. He has scoped an cleared a line and pressure cleared cleaned it as well. He helped me find and mark a broken line under my slab.
